InstructorHUB is a single, clear monthly plan with no tiers to weigh up. There is one number to know and no surprises on your statement.

The plan

InstructorHUB is one monthly subscription that covers everything, every staff member, every pay run, and every feature. There are no per-seat add-ons and no tiers to choose between.

The price is US$9.95 per month for your first 12 months, then US$19.95 per month after that. It is advertised in US dollars everywhere so there is a single number to remember, wherever your studio is in the world.

What you are charged in your own currency

You are billed in your local currency, not in US dollars. Each month the US dollar price is converted to your currency at that day's exchange rate and charged to your card automatically, so you pay in the money you actually use. Because the conversion happens fresh at each payment, the local amount can move slightly from one month to the next as exchange rates shift. The US dollar figure stays the same, the local amount tracks the rate.

Where tax applies in your country, such as GST, it is shown on your subscription invoice in line with where your studio is based. This is the tax on your InstructorHUB subscription only, handled at checkout by our payment provider. It is separate from how you pay your own team: InstructorHUB does not calculate tax on your staff pay, it surfaces gross figures and leaves the tax treatment to your bookkeeping, see Your studio profile.

Starting and managing your plan

A standalone studio starts its plan as part of setting up, covered in Set up a standalone studio. From there your subscription renews each month on its own, and your plan and payment details live in your account settings alongside the rest of your studio.
