Branding and email
Put your studio's logo and name on what your staff see, and set the sender details on InstructorHUB emails, so everything looks like it comes from you.
Updated July 18, 2026InstructorHUB is your studio's tool, and it can look and sound like it. A few appearance and email settings let you put your own logo and name on what your staff see and on the emails they receive, so the experience feels like part of your studio rather than a generic system.
Appearance
You can upload your studio logo and a smaller icon, and choose the look of the sidebar. These carry through the app so your team sees your studio, not a stock interface. It is a small touch that makes InstructorHUB feel like it belongs to you, and it costs a couple of minutes at setup.
Email sender details
InstructorHUB sends emails on your behalf, invites, notifications, and you can set how those appear. The sender name is who the email looks like it comes from, so set it to your studio's name rather than leaving a system default. You can also set a reply-to address, so when a staff member replies to one of these emails it reaches you rather than a no-reply mailbox. Leave it unset and replies fall back to the system's no-reply default.
Which emails go out
Alongside the sender details, you control which events send you an email, for example a pay run completing, hours submitted, or a compliance alert. Turn on the ones you want to hear about by email and leave the rest, they are all still visible in the in-app notification center regardless, so nothing is lost, you are just choosing what reaches your inbox.
Together these settings mean the invites and alerts your team receives look like they come from your studio and land somewhere useful, which quietly raises how professional the whole thing feels. To manage who receives invites in the first place, see Team invites and roles.
