Your pay and documents

For instructors: check your hours and earnings over recent periods, keep your payroll details and documents current, and ask your studio for changes.

Updated July 18, 2026

Your profile is where you keep track of what you have earned and make sure your studio holds everything it needs to pay you correctly. It gathers your pay summary, your payroll and compliance details, and your required documents in one place, so you can keep yourself up to date without having to email anyone.

Your hours shows how much you have worked across recent pay periods, broken down period by period. If you are paid per session you also see what you earned each period; if you are on a salary, it shows your hours for the record and notes that they are paid through your salary rather than adding a separate amount. It is the quickest way to check a past period looks right before or after pay day.

Payroll and compliance details holds the tax, bank, and contribution details your studio needs to pay you. Anything still outstanding is marked clearly, and if some details are missing you will see a count so you know to complete them. When you fill in or change a detail here, it does not overwrite your record straight away, it is sent to your studio manager to review and approve, which keeps your official record accurate. The same applies to your required documents: each one shows whether it is on file, waived, or still needed, and you can attach a file or update its details from here. These sections appear for employees and contractors, since they are the records your studio pays; if your pay is held as account credit you will not see them.

If something needs changing that is not one of these fields, for example a new phone number, address, or emergency contact, use Request an update to send your studio manager a short message describing what to change. It goes into their queue for them to action. Contractors also manage their invoices from the portal, which is covered in Raise a contractor invoice.
