View your schedule
For instructors: see your week of classes, spot covers and absences, and jump straight to logging hours from any class you taught.
Updated July 18, 2026Your schedule shows the classes you are on, week by week, so you always know what you are teaching and when. It is your own filtered view of the studio timetable, read directly from the same schedule your studio manages, which means it stays accurate as classes are added, changed, or covered without you having to refresh anything.
Move between weeks with Previous week, This week, and Next week. Each week shows a short summary line and, where your studio uses terms, the season and term you are in. Your classes are grouped by day, and each one lists its time, room, and length. Tags make the exceptions easy to spot: a Cover tag marks a class you are filling in on, and a role tag appears when you are assisting or in training rather than leading.
When a class has been canceled or you have been marked absent, the row says so, showing either that it is an absence you are still paid for or that it has been canceled. If it was canceled by mistake and it is still today or later, a Reinstate link puts it back on your schedule. If your studio lets you log your own hours, eligible classes carry a Log hours link that takes you to your timesheet with that class already selected, so recording what you taught is a single step from here.
Some studios also let you pick up classes that have no instructor yet. When that is switched on, any unassigned classes you could take appear in their own list with a Cover this class option, and choosing it books you onto that one occurrence only, never as the class's permanent teacher. For more on covering, see Cover and substitutes.
