Your instructor dashboard
The one screen that shows what you are owed this period, what is coming up, and what you still need to submit, so you always know where you stand.
Updated July 18, 2026Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in, and it is built to answer one question at a glance: where do I stand this pay period. Everything on it is read straight from your studio's schedule and your own logged hours, so you get an honest picture without having to open anything.
At the top you are welcomed by name and shown a set of summary tiles for the current pay period. These count your hours and entries and show how many are still in draft, so you can tell at a glance whether you have anything left to submit before pay day. If your studio still needs some details from you, a short reminder appears here with a Complete now link that takes you straight to the missing fields on your profile.
Below that, Coming up lists your next classes from today onward, each with its day, time, and room, and a Cover tag if you are filling in for someone. It is the fast way to check what your week looks like without leaving the dashboard. Alongside it, Recent entries shows the last few hours logged against your name so you can confirm they landed as expected.
The dashboard itself is a summary, not a workbench, so it links you out to where the actual work happens. Log hours at the top and Open your timesheet both take you to your timesheet to add or submit hours, View schedule opens your full week, and View timesheet opens the complete list of your entries. Whenever a number here looks off, follow the link to the detail screen behind it and you will find the control to fix it. To start logging, see Log and submit your hours.
