Submit your timesheet
For instructors: check the hours already logged for you, add anything missing, and submit the lot for approval in a couple of taps.
Updated July 18, 2026Your timesheet is mostly done before you open it. Because your classes come from the studio's schedule, the hours are already logged against your name, so submitting is usually a quick check and a tap rather than filling in a form. This tutorial covers reviewing what is there, adding anything missing, and sending it all for approval.
The one habit worth keeping is submitting before your studio's pay day, so your hours are in the review in time to be paid. If you ever spot a mistake after submitting, a change request is the way to flag it. For the everyday version of logging a single class as you go, see Log and submit your hours.
How it works
From your portal choose Your timesheet. Your classes for the current period are already listed, drawn from the studio's schedule, so most of your hours are there before you touch anything. The cards at the top show your totals and how many entries are still in draft.
Run down the list and make sure it matches what you actually taught. Use the status tabs to see what is still draft versus already submitted or approved. If a class you taught is missing, or one is there that you did not teach, that is what the next steps are for.
If your studio lets you log your own hours, choose Log hours to add a session that is not already there, for example a cover class or admin time. Fill in the class, date, and hours and save it as a draft. It joins your list ready to submit with the rest.
Open any draft entry to change its hours or details, or remove it if it should not be there. You can only edit entries that are still in draft; once something is submitted it is with your studio for approval, so check before you send.
When your drafts look right, submit them. You can send a single entry, submit all the drafts for one day at once, or use Submit all to send every draft entry for the period in one go. Submitted entries move out of draft and into your studio's review.
Your studio reviews submitted hours and approves them for pay. If something you submitted is not right and it has not been approved yet, you can raise a change request against it so your studio can correct it. Approved hours are final and feed straight into your pay.
