What is InstructorHUB
InstructorHUB turns your studio timetable into correct, confirmable staff pay, so paying your team stops being a spreadsheet job.
Updated September 22, 2026InstructorHUB looks after paying your teaching team. You bring your class timetable in once, and InstructorHUB works out who taught what, for how long, and what each person is owed, so a pay run becomes a few minutes of reviewing rather than an afternoon of spreadsheets. It runs on its own, with its own account at instructorhub.app, and needs no other software behind it.
What it does for you
You get one place that holds your staff records, the rates each person is paid, the hours their classes generate, and the pay run itself. Because the hours come straight from your timetable, the numbers are right by default and you spend your time confirming rather than calculating.
At pay time you review the hours for the period, make any adjustments, and finalize. InstructorHUB routes each person's pay the right way for how they are engaged: a payroll figure for employees and an invoice for contractors. It shows gross pay and an estimate of employer contributions, and it does not calculate your studio's tax. When a period is done, you download a bookkeeping-ready CSV file to bring into your accounting software.
Where it fits
Your timetable lives in InstructorHUB, so a change to a class, a room, or who teaches it flows straight through to the hours that class pays. InstructorHUB also gives you a labor-cost report, period over period, so you can see what your teaching actually costs. Your instructors get their own simple portal to see their schedule, log hours, submit timesheets, and, if they are contractors, raise invoices.
What comes next
If you are setting up for the first time, start with Set up a standalone studio, then import your timetable and follow the setup checklist to get from an empty account to your first pay run.
